Fridge Bridge is a monthly resource from Crossing Kids that helps families talk about Jesus throughout the week. Replacing our previous monthly devotionals, it gives parents one simple place to find the memory verse, weekly lesson summaries, discussion questions, home activities, and important dates.

We want to help children know, love, and follow Jesus, and we are grateful to partner with parents in that mission. Whether you use it at dinner, in the car, or before bedtime, Fridge Bridge is built to make faith conversations at home more natural and more consistent.

August 2026: Prayer

In August, Crossing Kids is helping families grow in the gift of prayer. Kids will learn that prayer is simply talking to God, and that they can talk to Him anytime, anywhere, and about anything. Families will explore how Jesus prayed, how He taught His disciples to pray, and how listening to God is just as important as speaking to Him. This month also includes the memory verse 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 and special dates for Water Games Day on August 9 and Family Fusion on August 30.
