Internship Program
The Crossing is an independent Christian church in Milton, DE. One of our greatest desires is to invest in the next generation of church leaders. Each year, we invite a small cohort of interns and/or residents with various ministry focuses to receive hands-on training, gospel-centered mentoring, and meaningful responsibility—preparing you for full-time vocational ministry.
