Next Steps

Following Jesus is a journey. Here's the path.

1. Start at the Welcome to The Crossing Luncheon

If you're new, this is the best place to begin. Over lunch, you'll meet our team, hear our story, and learn what The Crossing is all about, including how to begin a relationship with Jesus. No pressure, just a warm welcome and a free meal.

2. Get Baptized

If you've decided to follow Jesus, baptism is your next step. Going under the water and rising back up, you're joined with Jesus in his death and resurrection, leaving the old life behind and beginning a new one in him. It's the response to the gospel the Bible has called for from the very start: "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins" (Acts 2:38). We'd love to walk you through what it means and take this step with you.

3. Go Through Pathways

3. Go Through Pathways

Pathways is where you get the lay of the land. Over three Wednesday evenings, we walk through the four things that shape life at The Crossing: how we Connect, Develop, Serve, and Give. You'll leave knowing who we are and where you fit.

Classes occur every other month for 3 Wednesdays at 7 p.m.

4. Join a LifeGroup

This is where faith gets personal. LifeGroups are small groups that meet in homes to share life, pray, and grow together. Sunday is where you meet the church. A LifeGroup is where you become part of it.

5. Serve on a Team

You have something to offer, and there's a place for it here. Serving is one of the fastest ways to make friends, find purpose, and be part of what God is doing. Whatever your skills or schedule, there's a team that needs you.

6. Give

Giving is an act of worship and trust, a way of putting God first with what you have. When you're ready, it's a powerful step.
