Meet Lydia & William Payne, former Crossing intern (Lydia!) and now full-time missionaries serving in Fukuoka, Japan with Mustard Seed Network. In this Fall Missions Update, they share an inside look at their first four months living, learning, and serving in one of Japan’s fastest-growing cities.
From settling into their Japanese apartment, navigating life without a car, and learning one of the most complex languages in the world, to preparing for the launch of a brand-new church—this update shows both the beauty and the challenge of reaching the unreached in Japan, where less than 1% of the population knows Jesus.
