Serving Through Missionary Care
This upcoming mission trip is an opportunity to visit and encourage our missionaries, Lydia & William, who serve with Mustard Seed Network—working to plant churches and make disciples in Japan.
We will be taking a team of 8 people to come alongside them in missionary care, offering encouragement, presence, and support—not only to the Paynes, but also to those serving on their ministry team.
This trip is designed to help our team truly understand and witness the ministry God has called them to—experiencing cultural elements that deeply shape how discipleship and church planting happen in Japan. Lydia and William are excited for us to be invested in both them and the work God is doing, and they look forward to hosting the team and sharing what everyday life and ministry look like where they are planted.

Spending Thanksgiving week together allows us to care for our missionaries during a season when being away from loved ones can be especially difficult—while also utilizing a week when many in our church family may already have time off from work.
Please note souvenirs or personal spending are not included.
Interest Meeting
We will host an Interest Meeting on Sunday, February 22.
This meeting will be an opportunity to:
• Ask questions
• Learn more about the heart and logistics of the trip
• Hear directly from William, who will join us via Zoom

Submitting the interest form does not commit you to the trip.
It simply lets us know:
• You would like more information
• You are praying about whether God may be calling you to this opportunity
After the interest meeting, we will release a formal application for the trip. That is when you are saying you are “all in.” Since the team will be limited to 8 people, if more than 8 apply, we will prayerfully seek the Lord’s guidance in building the team He desires to send.
