Parents don’t need to stay as long as we have a phone number where you can be reached in case your child needs you. But you are also welcome to stay and join us in our large group session at the beginning and hang out in the auditorium until the kids are done for the night.

Is there first aid on site?

We do have several first aid boxes on site in case of minor injury. For serious injuries, you will be called to come and pick up your child. In extreme emergencies, 911 will be called as well.

What if my child cannot attend every night?

No problem! While attending every night will be beneficial to your child, it is not mandatory to attend every night in order to participate.

What if my child has allergies?

List allergies in registration; our snack team provides alternatives.

Vacation Bible School • July 27-30, 2026 • 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Vacation Bible School at The Crossing Church in Milton, DE is a four-night, free summer program for kids ages 4 years through 5th grade. Children learn about Jesus through fun Bible teaching, music, crafts, and friendships in a safe, welcoming environment.

Who is VBS for?

VBS is for families in and around Milton, Delaware, who want their kids to grow in faith and have a memorable summer experience. Whether you attend The Crossing, another church, or no church at all, you and your child are welcome.

Spaces fill quickly, so we encourage you to reserve your child’s spot as soon as possible. Vacation Bible School at The Crossing is free for kids ages 4 years through 5th grade, but we do need each child registered so we can plan for small groups, supplies, and snacks.
